Returns a new zOS Program

Parameters:

image - The zOS Image

name - The program name

source - The program source in the bundle

language - The programming language. See ZosProgram.Language

cics - Is a CICS program.

loadlib - The load module data set name

Returns:

The zOS Program

Throws:

ZosProgramManagerException
